Seastack Book is live, and it is what Seastack Mechanical — our own plumbing company — runs on every day. We are onboarding our first contractors from outside the company right now. If you want a long list of logos to hide behind, we do not have one yet. What you get instead is the people who built it answering the phone.

No. Seastack Book runs the customers you already have: quotes, jobs, crews, invoices and payments. We are building a homeowner opportunity network, but it is not running today and we do not promise leads.
Yes. You can create an account and run real work without paying, and there is no contract. Paid plans are priced by the size of your business, not by your trade, and the current prices are on the pricing page.
No. Seastack does bookkeeping, not tax. We keep your income, expenses and tax collected in order so your accountant's job is easy, but we never file anything and we do not remit source deductions.
No. Workers see their own hours, their own pay and their own tasks. Rates, job costs and margins stay in the office side of the system.
Yes. Everything you put in — customers, jobs, invoices, payments — can be exported at any time. It is your business data, and holding it is not the same as owning it.
A Stripe account connected to your business, which means real identity and bank details, because the money goes to your bank and not ours. Until that is connected you can still send invoices and record payments yourself.
