How-to guide

Add your crew

Your crew clock in on site and see their own pay — that's why they actually use it. Here's how to get them in.

1

Invite a worker

In the app, open Team and add the worker: their name, email, trade, level and pay rate. That creates their invite.

The email matters — it's what links their sign-in to their pay, so use the address they'll actually sign in with.

2

They create their login

The worker opens the app and taps Worker sign-in, then “Invited by your employer? Create your account” — using the same email you invited. That's the whole link-up.

3

They're on the clock

From then on they get the worker app: clock in on site (GPS-stamped), today's jobs, safety sign-off, and their own pay — hours, overtime and owed-to-date, always visible.

4

Office staff are separate

For a bookkeeper, office admin or staff login, use Settings → Users and invite them by email with the right role. They see the office side, not the worker app.

Worker without a phone or email? Add them as a managed worker — no login at all. The office logs their shifts, and they still flow into payroll like everyone else.
Worker sees $0 pay? Almost always an email mismatch — they signed in with a different address than the one you invited. Fix the email in Team and it reconnects.
