Income Disclosure Statement

The Seastack Book Partner Program pays commission to people who refer businesses that subscribe to Seastack Book. This statement sets out what partners have actually earned, how the compensation works, and what affects results, so that anyone considering joining can decide on evidence rather than on advertising. The figures below come directly from our commission ledger and payment records.

1. Actual results to date

No partner has been paid anything. The program has made zero payments, totalling $0.00, since it opened.

2. Context that materially affects these figures

• The program is new and very small. It opened on July 6, 2026. Two partners is far too few to indicate what a typical result looks like, and these figures should not be read as a forecast in either direction.
• Both enrolled partners are connected to the company — one is a co-founder, the other an internal test account. No independent, arm’s-length partner has yet joined, referred a business, or been paid.
• No referral has ever happened through a referral link. The two credited accounts were connected manually, by us, to verify that tracking and commission calculation work. They are a systems test, not evidence that the program produces referrals — and the $14.90 above should be read as an artefact of that test rather than as earnings.
• Seastack Book does not yet have arm’s-length paying customers. Commission is a percentage of what a referred business actually pays, so partner earnings depend on a customer base that is still being built.

3. How partners are paid

Commission is a percentage of the monthly subscription fee actually paid by a business you referred, for as long as that business remains an active paying subscriber. Nothing is paid for signing someone up, for recruiting other partners, or for any activity other than a real, paid subscription.

• Deckhand — 0+ active referred clients — 10% — $5.90 to $14.90 per client per month
• Navigator — 3+ active referred clients — 20% — $11.80 to $29.80
• Captain — 6+ active referred clients — 30% — $17.70 to $44.70
• Admiral — 10+ active referred clients — 40% — $23.60 to $59.60

Per-client figures reflect the two paid plans: Single trade at $59/month and General Contractor at $149/month (CAD). A partner may also earn a smaller override on subscriptions referred by partners they introduced, and a one-time bonus when a partner they introduced first refers a paying business. Commission stops when a customer stops paying. It is not a fixed income, not a salary, and not guaranteed for any period.

4. What affects what a partner earns

• How many businesses actually subscribe and stay. Referrals that do not convert, or that cancel, earn nothing.
• Which plan they choose. A General Contractor subscription is worth roughly two and a half times a Single-trade one.
• The partner’s own effort, network and credibility. Most people who join referral programs of any kind never refer a single customer. There is no reason to assume this one differs.
• Factors outside anyone’s control — the market, competition, and whether Seastack Book itself succeeds.

5. Cost to participate

There is no fee to apply and no fee to remain a partner. Partners are not required to buy the product, hold inventory, purchase training, or meet any spending commitment. Partners cover their own costs if they choose to advertise or travel.

6. Payment conditions

• Commission accrues monthly while a referred business is an active paying subscriber.
• Payment requires completed identity verification. Commission accrues before verification but is not paid until it is complete.
• Payments are made on a published schedule, subject to a minimum balance; balances below the minimum roll forward.
• If a customer’s payment is refunded or charged back, the related commission may be reversed against future earnings.
• Partners are independent contractors. This is not employment, and no wage, salary or minimum income is offered or implied.

7. Tax

Commission is income and partners are responsible for their own taxes. Canadian partners earning above the applicable threshold in a calendar year may be issued a T4A. Partners outside Canada are responsible for their own reporting and any withholding that applies where they live.

8. No guarantee

Seastack Bookkeeping does not guarantee that any partner will earn any amount. Most partners in referral programs of this kind earn little or nothing. Any figure shown above is a rate, not a projection of income, and depends entirely on whether businesses you refer subscribe and continue paying.

Nothing in our advertising, website, dashboard or partner materials should be read as a promise, prediction or guarantee of earnings. Where a potential figure is shown, it is arithmetic applied to the published rates and the published subscription prices — not a statement of what any partner has earned or will earn.

9. Keeping this current

This statement will be updated within 30 days of the first payment to an independent partner, and reviewed at least annually thereafter. Once there is a meaningful number of partners, it will report the distribution of earnings — including the proportion earning nothing — rather than the totals shown above.
