Earn recurring commission helping trade & field-service businesses get set up on Seastack. Here's exactly how it works — from your first referral to running your own book of clients.
You bring a business onto Seastack, and you earn every month they stay — the more active clients you carry, the higher your rate.
Send a short application. We review every one by hand and approve hands-on people who can onboard a contractor.
A quick one-time ID check (KYC). It's required before we can pay you and keeps the program fraud-free.
You get a unique referral link. Set a business up on Seastack and get them through their trial to a paying plan.
Collect recurring commission on every active client — for as long as they stay subscribed. Track it live in your dashboard.
Commission is a percentage of what your active clients pay Seastack each month. As your number of active paying clients grows, your rate climbs — and it applies to your whole book, not just new sign-ups.
Plus a one-time 20% activation bonus the first time a partner you recruited lands their first paying client — and override commission (5% and 3%, two levels down) on the clients your recruits bring in.
It's our referral partnership for hands-on people who help trade and field-service businesses get onto Seastack. You're a Regional Rep — you sit down with a contractor, set up their account, get them through the trial, and earn recurring commission for as long as they stay a customer. We're not looking for passive link-droppers; we're building a network of people who bring accounts across the line and keep them active.
You earn a percentage of what your active clients pay Seastack, every month they stay subscribed. The rate is graduated by how many active paying clients you carry:
Your rate applies to your whole book — so when you climb a tier, your earnings on existing clients go up too.
What the percentage is based on. Your commission is calculated on the monthly software subscription a client actually pays Seastack — so a bigger plan pays you more, and the free Solo plan pays nothing until they upgrade. Current plans and prices are on our Pricing page; use those figures to work out what a referral is worth at your tier. Managed done-for-you bookkeeping engagements are billed separately and are not part of the commission base.
On top of recurring commission, you earn a one-time 20% activation bonus the first time a partner you personally recruited lands their first paying client. It rewards you for bringing good people into the program, not just clients.
Yes. When you recruit other partners, you earn override commission on the clients they bring in — 5% on your direct recruits' clients and 3% one level further down — for as long as those clients stay subscribed. Build a fleet and your earnings compound.
Commission accrues every month your clients stay active and shows up as an unpaid balance in your partner dashboard. Seastack pays that balance out to you and records each payout. You choose how you'd like to be paid from your dashboard. Your identity check (KYC) must be complete before any payout can be sent.
It's a quick, one-time verification of who you are. It's required to receive commission payouts, it keeps the program fraud-free, and it's standard for any program that pays real money. You complete it once from your dashboard after you're approved.
Once you're approved you get a unique referral link. Share it, or set the business up yourself and have them sign up through it. When they sign up through your link and become a paying subscriber, they're automatically credited to you — and your commission starts.
A business that signs up through your link and becomes an active, paying subscriber. A free trial or a free plan doesn't earn commission on its own — you earn once they're paying, and you keep earning every month they stay. If a client cancels, commission on that client simply stops.
90 days from the click. Contractors rarely sign up the moment they first look — they click, think about it, talk to their bookkeeper, and come back. So we remember your link for 90 days: if they sign up any time in that window, on any visit, they're credited to you.
First click wins. If someone arrives through your link and later through another partner's, the credit stays with you. And if a client forgets to use a link at all, they can still add your code in their account settings within 30 days of signing up.
You can see the whole picture — clicks, sign-ups, and how many are paying — on the Referrals page of your dashboard. If a referral you expected isn't showing, tell us and we'll check the click record against it.
In your partner dashboard — sign in here. It shows your current commission rate and tier, your clicks and sign-ups, your referrals, your unpaid balance, and your chosen payout method, all live.
Yes. Consistent top performers who reach the Admiral (40%) tier can step up to the Seastack agent program and run a full book of clients from a dedicated agent console — while keeping their affiliate commission on top. Every promotion is reviewed and approved by Seastack.
The program is open to apply worldwide. It's built for hands-on people with a background in software/SaaS onboarding, trade operations, or B2B sales — but tell us what you bring. Every application is personally reviewed and approved before activation.
No. Seastack partners are independent contractors, not employees, and are responsible for their own taxes. Exact commission rates, override tiers, and terms are set in a written independent-contractor partner agreement. The program is not a guarantee of income and is not an offer of employment.
The program currently grows by invitation — you'll need a personal invite link from an existing partner before the application page unlocks. Once it does, add a résumé or LinkedIn and a note on your background. If it's a fit, we'll approve you, you complete your quick ID check, get your referral link, and start onboarding businesses. Already applied? Sign in to your dashboard.
Please note: commission rates, tiers, bonuses, and terms described here are a summary and are governed by your written independent-contractor partner agreement.
