Terms of Service
Last updated: June 13, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Seastack Bookkeeping website, client portal, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Seastack Bookkeeping provides bookkeeping services and software tools, including a client portal where invoices, documents, time records, and related business information may be viewed and managed. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Account roles (administrator, client, and worker) determine what information and actions are available to each user. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access data you are not authorized to view, interfering with normal operation, uploading unlawful or harmful content, or using the Services to violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.
You retain ownership of the business and financial information you provide. You grant us permission to store and process that information solely to provide the Services. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Invoices issued through the portal are payable according to their terms. Where a payment link is provided, payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (such as Stripe); we do not store full card details. Fees for bookkeeping services are agreed separately in your engagement.
Seastack Bookkeeping provides bookkeeping services only. Information provided through the Services is not tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
